Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 August 2026

1. Who we are

Amble Club ("Amble", "the app", "we") is a social step-competition app operated by SPRRRINT NEXTGEN GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLP. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Amble, and we ask your date of birth at sign-up to check. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. One person, one account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. Deletion removes your profile, posts, messages, step history and group memberships from Amble immediately, and we permanently erase them after a 30-day window during which signing back in restores everything. Messages you already sent remain with their recipients, and a group you created continues under a new owner.

3. Health and activity data

Amble reads step, distance and workout data from Apple Health and the motion coprocessor, with your permission, to power leaderboards, step races and your activity feed. Amble is a game and a social product - it is not a medical device, it provides no medical advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such. Consult a professional before changing your exercise habits. We never use your health data for advertising and never sell it.

4. Routes, location and what you share

If you record a workout, Amble stores its GPS route, and posting that workout shows the route map to other people. A route that starts or ends at your home, workplace or school reveals that location to everyone who can see the post. Deciding what to post is yours alone - a recorded workout you never post stays private to you, and you can delete it. Please think before posting a route from your front door.

5. Subscriptions

Amble Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through your Apple ID. The title, length and price of each option are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings. Free-trial periods, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends, and any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Where we offer it, Family Sharing lets the members of your Apple Family group use Pro.

6. Your content and conduct

You own what you post. By posting workouts, photos, messages or comments you grant us the licence needed to host and display them to the people you share them with, for as long as you keep them on Amble.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post or send anything that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal, spam, or that impersonates someone else, and do not use Amble to target another person.

You can report any post, message, comment or account from inside the app, and you can block any user from their profile so they can no longer contact you or see your activity. We review every report and act on objectionable content within 24 hours - removing the content and ejecting the user who posted it where the report is upheld. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without notice. Reports can also be sent to hello@myamble.com.

7. Fair play

Step counts come from your device's sensors and are never altered by us. Manipulating them - simulated steps, tampered data, automation - spoils the game and may lead to removal from leaderboards, reset totals, or suspension.

8. Liability

Amble is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the app, including inaccurate step counts, missed notifications or lost race outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction - except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings, or requires a different law to apply, in which case that right is unaffected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Amble after a change means you accept the updated terms.
