Privacy Policy

Amble Club ("Amble", "we") is a step-competition app made by SPRRRINT NEXTGEN GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLP. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Account info: your name, username, email address, and profile photo, provided when you sign up with Apple, Google, or email.
• Health data: your step counts, and the workouts you choose to import or record (including distance, duration, and GPS route), read from Apple Health only after you grant permission in the Health app.
• Location: your GPS position while you actively record a workout, and a one-time country lookup so global leaderboards can place you on your country's board.
• Content you create: posts, photos, comments, chat messages, and step challenges.
• Purchase status: whether you have an active Amble Pro subscription. Payments are processed entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.

How we use it

Step counts power the leaderboards, streaks, and challenges you share with the groups you join. Workouts you post are visible to your followers. Chat messages are visible to their recipients. We use your data to run these features - nothing else. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your data with data brokers or AI providers.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with Supabase (our database provider) in the Asia-Pacific region. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat. Push notifications are delivered through Apple's push service. These providers process data only on our behalf.

Health data promise

Health data is used only to provide the app's features. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties beyond the storage infrastructure above, in line with Apple's HealthKit rules.

Your controls

• Revoke Health access anytime in the Health app; revoke location access in Settings.
• Control who can message you (everyone / people you follow / nobody) in Amble's settings.
• Delete individual posts, messages, or photos in the app.
• Delete your account in Settings > Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, steps, posts, messages, and group memberships from our servers.

Age

Amble is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Don't use Amble if you're under that age.
